What surfaces does this work on?
Any smooth, non-porous surface — ceramic tile, glass, mirror, marble, polished metal, and smooth laminate. It will not hold on textured paint, drywall, rough wood, wallpaper, or uneven surfaces. The suction requires a flat, airtight contact area to seal properly.

How much weight can it hold?
The rack is designed for everyday items — coats, jackets, bags, hats, scarves, towels, umbrellas, and accessories. Avoid hanging excessively heavy loads (e.g. loaded backpacks or wet full-length coats) as this may exceed the suction grip on certain surfaces. We recommend testing with lighter items first.

Can I reposition it after installation?
Yes. Release the vacuum lock, lift the rail off, clean the suction cups with water, and remount on a new spot. The suction cups are reusable indefinitely as long as they remain clean and undamaged.

Do the hooks slide off the ends?
No. The rail has end caps (the circular walnut decorative ends) that prevent hooks from sliding off. They move freely within the channel but cannot exit the rail.

Can I add more hooks later?
