Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from? To ensure we offer the best balance of quality and value, we ship directly from our specialized manufacturing partners. Every item undergoes a rigorous pre-shipment inspection by our sourcing agents before it begins its journey to your door.

How long will my order take to arrive? We use Global Priority Shipping to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Most orders to Australia, the US, and the UK arrive within 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched.

Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your OCPAGA essentials every step of the way.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 90-day return policy on all eligible items. We want you to be 100% confident in your purchase. If the item is unused and in its original packaging, you can initiate a return by contacting our support team.

Is there a return fee? For non-faulty returns (change of mind), a minimum 15% handling fee applies to cover inspection and restocking costs. In these cases, the buyer is also responsible for return shipping to our warehouse.

What if my item arrives damaged? Because we perform factory-level quality checks, damages are rare. However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no extra cost to you.

How do you choose your products? We don’t just "pick" products; we curate them. Every item must hit at least 3 points on our 9-point excellence scale, including high perceived value, problem-solving capabilities, and long-term durability.

Are your pet products safe? Safety is our non-negotiable standard. We specifically partner with suppliers who allow on-site inspections to ensure that all materials used are pet-safe, non-toxic, and built to withstand the "pet life."
